As Service Director, Kayla brings a positive attitude and drive allowing her to deal effectively with stressful situations. She is an excellent communicator and an effective team player. Kayla is a Registered Practical Nurse with over 10 years’ experience providing direct client care, including education and emotional support. She is dedicated, reliable and passionate about rehabilitation and ensuring that clients get the quality care they need. Kayla has a strong work ethic, paying particular attention to accuracy and detail. She has 2 children, enjoys sports and reading, and loves being outdoors.
As Clinical Director, Cayley brings extensive clinical experience, providing Rehabilitation Therapy and Case Management services to a wide variety of clients. Cayley is a Registered Kinesiologist with a degree from Western University. She has worked in rehabilitation, exclusively, for 15 years. Cayley provides clinical support and coordination to our associates, ensuring they provide evidence-based, best-practice approaches to our clients. Cayley prides herself on attention to detail and always putting the client’s needs first. Cayley is passionate, responsible, thoughtful and is experienced in working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams. Cayley has 2 children, loves sports and is a stroller bootcamp instructor.
Dana Parsons has been the owner of Wright Rehab for over 13 years. Dana’s career started in accounting and Finance. Her transition to rehabilitation was smooth as she has always been passionate about advocating for others. Dana has a true enthusiasm for supporting and advocating for individuals and caring for her community. Decades of service to others through volunteering are a testament to her values and desire to empower others. Her role, as CEO at Wright Rehab, supports the leadership, growth, and development of programs for clients and associates and ensures smooth operations in the main administrative office. Dana is the current president of the Ontario Rehab Alliance and supports many rehabilitation fundraising initiatives.
Megan is currently on maternity leave, returning to work in the spring of 2024.
Rachel is covering the position of Realtionship Manager while Megan is on maternity leave. With a photography background, Rachel brings a creative touch to the team. Rachel does corporate planning, events and marketing, and relationship delveopment.
