Once you contact Wright Rehab, we begin helping immediately. Every one of our clients has two professionals assigned to your care as well as oversight from our clinical director with over 30 years of experience. Our coordinators are full time staff members and are responsible for your care. Your dedicated coordinator will meet with you to develop a personalized plan that is tailored to your individual recovery goals and will work with your therapy team to coordinate the care. We will ensure to match you with the right support worker. We have a dedicated matching system to determine the right professional that is right for you. Our professionals work with a small number of clients and are trained to be able to provide individualized, holistic, compassionate, and quality care in your home and community. We develop a professional working relationship with you, your family and your rehabilitation team. Our team works with your attending healthcare professionals, insurance and legal advisors to capture detailed progress reports and provide you with less scheduling and administration and better coordinated care.
RTs are compassionate and understanding professional rehabilitation facilitators that work one-on-one with clients on a regular basis to implement the rehabilitation plan and support patient progress through rehabilitation exercises, activities and other daily routines.
When recovering from an accident, you may need help with day-to-day needs such as bathing, grooming, feeding, dressing, as well as personal care, homemaking and meal preparation. A PSW is a compassionate care professional that helps you, your family and caregivers with support and relief.
Assessing patient behaviour is often times necessary to help get a recovery over a hurdle or moving towards the goals again. Post assessment the behaviourial therapist will develop a goal oriented approach and techniques to help the client cognitively cope and move towards recovery.
